Dear European LFS Drivers,
As some of you might already know, is that I'm planning an European LFS gathering/meeting.
Since we are getting closer to June, I think it's about time to get public, and hope to get some interest...
I plan to organize it on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of June 2012.
It will consist out of a gathering at Eindhoven Central Sation (Stationsplein 21, Eindhoven) to gather all of the people.
From there we will move on to De Vest 12, Valkenswaard (we need some people with cars to help us transport everyone)
Around 15:00 we will do a Grand Prix karting event at Indoor Karting de Vest.
This will consist out of a 10 minute practise, 10 minute qualifying, 10 minute race, and for the fastest six a very exciting 10 minute final. The top 3 will receive some cute trophies.
Than to move with the group to Maarheezerweg 1, Budel to gather together in a pub. Where at own costs drinks, fries and snacks can be purchased. We will stay in this location over the night because I have arranged a sleeping room. (Be sure to bring sleeping bags and a pillow)
The next morning we will be having fun at a one hour 2 team bowling event in the same location. The winning team will receive a free drink sponsored by Team Rock Racing.
The day will close approx. at 15:00 when everyone goes back home.
And than you've had the chance to meet and get to know, some of your fellow Live for Speed racers.
The attendance fee is not sure yet, as it depends on the number of attendees what the price will be.
At least we can say that it will maximum cost 55€ per person.
Reminder: Drinks and food, is at own costs.
Travel description for Plane: Fly to Eindhoven Airport.... Take the 401 bus to Eindhoven Centraal. Now walk to exit the station, when walking down the stairs, turn left, and exit the station. WAIT THERE
Travel description for Train: Take the train to Eindhoven Centraal Station. Now walk to exit the sation, when walking down the stairs, turn left, and exit the station. WAIT THERE
Travel description for Car: Search up the travel route from your location to Stationsplein 21, Eindhoven If you have a GPS or Navigation, just fill in that address. When arriving... wait there, and look for the gathering group.
Instructions will than follow from the Team Rock Racing crew.
