Paypal are being complete ****s . They have now changed their refund policy without telling anyone.!
So this is a heads up for anyone who has/wants to issue a refund via paypal.

They keep 20p of every transaction which means you cant send back what has just been paid to you because the amount in your account is less than you were originally paid!. The thieving ****s!!!.

Charging you for providing a service? The cheek of it.

You cant change your policies without informing the people that it effects.
It's basically a made up hidden charge that did not exist before.

I already pay for the service when i receive a payment.
They have stolen someone else's money & im the one who has to explain to my buyer why i cant send him a full refund. Its just not cricket.

You can't cough up the 20p to send the guy?

20p? I'd gladly do that! They charge me 3.25% for every single transaction. If I got all my money back from them, I'd have a lot of money

Edit: It drops to 3% for larger transactions.

What Ant is saying is that even if the transaction is reversed, PP keeps 20p (though they refund the 3.5% fees or whatever).
