Guys, i have a Samsung Galaxy Mini, and its running 2.2 Froyo android, i really want to update it to 2.3 Gingerbread but have no idea how. I tried 'kies' software but my phone wouldnt connect.. can someone help just not in an alien way?

USB depuration must be disabled.
You should not connetc your phone through a USB-hub.
Being Kies, you better try in every usb you have and pray

Get the correct USB drivers and make sure USB debugging is enabled. Start up KIES and it should do the job.

lol Samsung, can't you just go to Update and update via Wifi, like any normal phone?
