I did. Together with a couple of vouchers.

Otherwise use Paypal (with MasterCard). Used by millions.

Yeah, PayPal is the best choice (visa and masterCard)

Paypal with any credit or debit should work.

If it is a basic credit card, you should not have any problems, except that most merchants are using paypal to accept payments, so finding someone with a different processing company/service might be the problem.

Plus Paypal has a great protection program, it would be worth trying to convince her to use it instead of some other never heard of random processing company that may cause more problems than good.

I can not think of any safer method of paying online than using PayPal, and I can not think of any unsafer methods of paying online than reveling your credit card details directly to any website. The site you're buying from will never know any of your credit card details when you use PayPal, and on top of that PayPal have mechanism against fraud. You won't get any of these benefits if you pay directly with a credit card.

+ paypal can be used for underage payment to everything.
Online casino's, Online porn sites, etc...

Without paypal a lot of companies couldn't get any money of minors, because they couldn't get their parents consent.

But yeah, it IS safer, thus "better".
But isn't mastercard encrypted now too? I know I have to use an encryption tool which reads flashing bars on my screen to do payments with it.

There would still be a transaction recorded on the credit card, but I'm not sure if it would say PayPal or something else.

I've usually done virtual credit card in my e-bank, safest way imo ,
you put on the limit so noone can take off more money than allowed by you... card expires in 40 days.

Cut this crap, either you get S2 or you don't.

Also you have ALL protections when paying directly with credit card, it's called "calling your bank".

Visa Internet card (debut card) , works anywhere now , I m using it 6 years atleast when I wont something to buy thrue internet .Pretty safe stuff - working thrue any paying system anywhere in the world , it is good choice when you dont have a working pay-pal in your country. You can spend just a money in the accaunt - to card and transfer is nearly instantly -in few seconds.

I said in most places, in the uk you need to be 18 to have credit or sign contracts (like lease a car or something)

In other places it's most likely different. Anyway if his mummy wont let him use her credit card I don't think she would let him use/have one of his own

I think you can have a credit card anywhere if you are under 18, but your parents have to sign the contract with the bank.

I can't think of any country where you can get a credit card at under age of minority, but in bunch of countries you can get a debit card at age of 12+.

Yeah that's what I thought. I'm turning 18 in 6 months so my bank has issued me some application forms for credit cards but it says they wont accept then untilled my birthday

I bought S2 with MasterCard this week.
