Personalised license plate is stupid. period.

Some from Latvia... Personalized plates costs about 3600eur here.

cant personalize them as extreme as that here...which is good imo.
a normal numbernplate here is like: MA:CE 456 (the dots represent the mot and the county)

the first (1-3 depends on the city) 2 cant be changed.
only the letters behind (max 2) and the numbers (max 4) can be changed.

You way as well just spray-paint "I'm a massive bell-end" down the side of your car.

Theres a car down the road from me with the best plate ever!
Ill grab a pic of it tomorrow but its a blue volvo estate than belongs to a disabled guy and the plate reads "RV06 LFS" or its "RV07 LFS" one of those
