no... the MRT would be great at this layout. its as if it was made for the MRT... all the tight corners, the fast accelerate-and-brake shout for the MRT!

I tested the thingy today, and had some problems with the "cutting-preventing engine". Forgot to save a replay though, but at least 4 attempts were cut short by the game saying that I was at an area where I shouldn't have been, while racing clearly on the track. Don't know if it was lag as the bars seemed normal and I didn't notice anything.
yeah i really need some pics or a replay to see that - though you can check yourself in the autox editor (maybe in single player mode), see where you drove and see if there are marshall objects on that spot. As far as I can see there are no marshall objects on the track path though, so if you are defenitely ON the track i'd like to see where.
Thing is, it was simply at random points - so I was thinking it might have been lag with the server missing some packages and extrapolating my car out of the track. I'll try it later again and see if I can reproduce it.
in fact, i've updated the layout again - this time it has no restricted areas at all, but it will depend wholly on the (hidden) checkpoints. Let's see how that goes. I think if lag is bad, you might still miss a checkpoint. But there's nothing I can do about that. All I can do is try to allow for a bit of lag, but big laggers should just fix their lag to be honest.
