PayPal Scam "Lee Tom"
So some chinese retard decided to use my email to create a paypal account today. Does anyone know how to delete this paypal account so this jerk cant have any access. Also coincidentally there was a 25 dollar charge to my debit card today, even though I checked that paypal account and there was no transaction history.

"Lee" could be american, or Nigerian....you never know.
Well besides the fact that the account was registered in China :P. Any idea how I can close the account?

Maybe... contact PayPal? Just an idea.
Maybe contact your bank? Maybe your debit card has been haxxored, copied or whatever.
Just contact your card co and report the fraud. They can block further charges.

So where have you been scammed from ?

the 25 usd was actually an error by the bank. Not even related. Just a coincidence. It was actually my mother's check from work which bounced, and instead of removing from her account they took it from mine. They refunded me 25 + 10 for inconvenience.

@Racer X - the scam is that they register your email in hopes that u add info
If you're* that stupid to fill out your own info (bank details, no less!) for something that someone else signed up to, then you deserve everything you get.

*A hypothetical 'you're', not you personally
If your dumb enough to not realize that the name on paypal is Lee Tom and registered to a chinese bank then your just a dumb ass lol.

It's not like he's able to steal your money or anything.

Buy me a Playseat Evo Black set with that PayPal.
Gooby plz ried deh fread der iz no kridet kardz informationz
Simple, run the FORGOTPASSWORD, get a new one, he is locked out. Jobs a gooden. But since you need access to your e-mail to setup a paypal account, I'd change the password on that too.
He already did that. Its "his account" just he did not put any info on it since he did not set it up. Both occurrences were unrelated and of different intent.
