Brief description of incident: Complete lack of seeing the surroundings, doesn't know how to lift the pedal and getting too much speed on the inside lane, veers off and takes me and CSF out.

Brief description of incident 93 decided that there would be plenty of room to try a pass. Even after initial contact he fell back off my bumper and then went under neath me and did the same thing again, instead of lifting after the initial contact and making sure everyone was safe. Also, 22 moved up after the initial contact to leave enough room as to not cause any further contact, but there was still a car up top and wanted to leave him room to. Car 93 didnt seem to want 1 car length at bottom, but instead wanted 2 and didnt turn quite enough, and touched 22's rear right tire causing him much damage, and loss of a lap due to no caution being called.

Car 93 - Placed to last car on lead lap. Reason: Causing avoidable incident. The last restart illegal overtake will be covered under this.

Protested Car is 16, not 14. Car 16 - Placed to last car on lead lap (will be sorted in track order with Car 93). Reason: Causing an avoidable incident.
