I have one question. Is it possible to disable the layout saving button in a public server (in Shift + U)? I mean, I don't want anyone to save my layout and maybe use it on their server. :/

No,there is not such option. I don't understand this "not willing sharing his layout" thing. You feel like robbed or something? You should be happy,that you have made something that other likes and wants to use it.

It's a difficoult situation, and it can be compared with the skins. A lot of people finds their skin on a other car from time to time, some likes it - some does not.

I am not going to say what is wrong or not, but keep in mind that the second you put up something on internet you should be aware that people will find ways to use / copy your work.
