But the list is much larger than just him, so I fully expect the standard British response, which will be an enquiry with limited terms of reference and the whole thing being buried as soon as possible before anyone important gets fingered.
This is not just a British issue either.
I fully expect that only the dead, and possibly a few living minions will be blamed.
