I thought it was 33,3% allowed to drive as "pro" driver in amateur class.

I drove 33.09% for HT Motorsport in amateur class and we got penalty. (Car #93)

It's a mistake on our side yes, we tried to get the results out after a 3 week waiting period, so we probably didn't really double check things.

Oh jesus christ, I'm sorry for that error. I'll update the results + points Sunday probably, I have a handegg game to prepare to commentate then commentate today, then working and sleeping most of my Saturday (yay callback!)
