Is it possible to tell the server that it should load in a route change (by time or by user vote) only Custom Tracks (layouts)?

Yes if you would tell me how to do that or if necessary tool that you need to let it run next to the server?

Yes with an InSim application such as Airio or Lapper (not sure if lapper has this function but I know Airio does.)

Ah yes AIRIO... But i think this Tool is a bit to big. I Only need this that the Server Loads only Layouts without any extras like points or something.

No,Only Original tracks.

yes you can insert layouts in to the voted tracks, check cargame.nl s2 server, they have layout to stop damage off crashes in T1

You Need Airio Pros version (30€) And add-on for layouts

As far as I know LFS automatically loads the layout when there is one available. No need for an InSim.

Its only going to be a problem when you have multiple layouts for the same combo.
