just reinstaled my windows, and chrome doesn't show some pictures, what could be the cause?

Nothing to do with you. Server is down serving those country flags (img.lfs.net).

And now, if you look closely ( On Chrome, unsure about others ), you can see edges of the other flags.

Here's a few examples in Chrome.. Note: for me this only happens if I use the zoom to 90% 110% 125% 175% etc..

right, I see that too, but that's a chrome bug.

I'll consider adding transparent borders to the flags then.

That would work, I guess its just because of the percentage in re-sizing the page doesn't exactly match the px offsets for the flags.

well i'm not going to add more padding to the images because it doesn't fix the actual problem, which is chrome bugging the alignment when zooming.
I've submitted a bug for it, so they might fix it at some point. But this one is out of my hands.
