Those who would like to participate in the 2013 Realistic NASCAR Cup Series and plan to attend more than just the Kyoto 400 are to sign-up here using the following information prompt. This will register competitors for the entire Realistic NASCAR Cup Series Schedule. Confirmations to the different rounds will be required in order to participate without penalty! Those who are only interested in the Kyoto 400 will have a separate registration thread that will open at a later time.

The appropriate licensing will be required for all competitors in all events of the series. View the series schedule for the required licensing for each event. Check back often to see when license opportunities are offered or submit a replay on the proper thread. Replays will only be looked at for licensing within one week of a license required event. We’d rather not issue licenses for replay submissions if possible.
Rules
The 2013 Version of the Realistic NASCAR Rulebook is not yet completed, but it has vast improvements from the 2012 (2.1) edition. Restart and starting rules and pit entry rules will remain the same as the 2012 season.

Points
Points system will be the same as in the World TBO Championship Series (link). If registrations are low this points system may be altered to award points to less people.
Championships
-Realistic NASCAR Cup Series Championship - Best total points by driver
-Slicks Master Championship - Best total points by driver in Slick license races (3 events)
-Street Master Championship - Best total points by driver in Street license races (3 events)
-Team Cup Championship - Best total points by a team (best 2 points earners per team per race count towards this total)
Tie Breakers: Wins, Podiums, Top 5's, Top 10's, Starts, Best Kyoto 400 finish
Skins
Skins must be appropriate. Skins may not display a number which is not your entry number at any time. You may not copy another competitor’s skin that is entered into the same event.
A skin template and skin submission will only be required for the Kyoto 400.
