Withdrawing

I have removed some signups of drivers who:
A) Haven't confirmed for a single round
B) Have never been heard from since
Drivers who are known to have had issues that resulted in them for not showing or showed for the test round and have expressed any interest since have been left.

This opens up room for any new signups that may not be able to find a number. Please refer to the google doc for this list.
