Dt to #31, following similar action to the #50 which was a DT for spinning a car in similar manner (plus another penalty.)

Legal race start by car 17, however car 17 has been spoken to before (at round 0) about these starts, the contact with the #39 (and #50) is unacceptable. Therefore it is a final warning to car #17 for aggressive driving.
