Hello guys, as you can probably tell I'm new to this game. I really wanted to know how to change the offset of wheels in this game. Is there any tweaks or mods to do this? I've seen it in videos. So I know it can be done but I just don't know how to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The picture is not a problem, modding the car's mesh is. Modified meshes of cars and wheels are known to cause issues when they are used online which is why the forum policy forbids discussion of such mods.
