Two 18 lap Sprint Races

Antti Valta won Qualifying and scored 3 points for pole. Yann Laprevotte took 2nd and scored 2 points. Thorsten Ulrich took 3rd in Q and scored 1 point.


The first sprint race saw quite some action, not to many retirements. There where some remarkeble incidents however. For example, Team Rock Racing's - Walter Lemmens losing it coming into the chicane and landed on Sandis Sietiņš from Cargame.nl.

Antti Valta took the win and set fastest lap, scoring 33 points. Laprevotte in 2nd with 26 points and Huovinen in 3rd with 23 points. Zdeněk Chýnovský scoring 2 points with the best action/overtake, whilst finishing outside the points. And Nicholas Wrage scoring 2 points for highest climb.


The second sprint race, with a reversed grid. Had a horrible lap 1 crash at the chicane, 3 cars flying many cars spinning and damaging their cars. Later in the race some more incidents, many did not finish. Sadly also previous race winner Valta crashed out.

The second sprint race got surprisinly won by Savage SimSports' - Martin Kapal scoring 30 points. Laprevotte making the highest climb, and setting the fastest lap time in 2nd, scoring 31 points. Henri Tanskanen scored a nice 3rd taking home 23 points. Markus Saukkoriipi just like Laprevotte set the fastest lap time, so also he gets 3 points extra, giving him a 15 points total in the second race. Erwin Klaassens got the points for the best action/overtake.

It was an exciting event, even though only 11 drivers (10 cars) attending.

Qualification got dominated by Joni Vähäkuopus.
Race was a long fight between most of the Iron Club cars, Yann Laprevotte, and up to the 2-hour mark, also Team Rock Racing's Thorsten Ulrich

In the end the race was won by Joni, with a brilliant pitstop strategy. Because this was an endurance event, there was extra points.

The lead of the series is still clearly owned by Yann, with 150 points after 3 events, and yet to win a race. In 2nd is Markus Saukkoriipi with 117 points. In 3rd is race winner Joni.

Iron Club strongly took over the Team Standings lead with a fantastic 328 points total. Whilst Team Rock Racing in 2nd with 189 points. Yann's, Tiger Express Motorsports is close behind in 3rd with 150 points.

The next event takes place upcoming Sunday, Rallycross, what can we expect? Fun, thats for sure! See you all next time!

Round #4 saw 14 attendees. Qualification got dominated by Sami Anttonen. Who had a bad start of the race in the first Sprint Race. Lemmens started as 12th and had a great march through the field and ended up in 7th, scoring the highest climb and best overtakes/actions points. Arrtu set the fastest lap and scored those points. Unlucky where Nicholas Wrage and Rik Kardol, after a quite good qualification, they dropped back down the field. Pietilä won the race. Ylöstalo was second and Vähäkuopos was third.

Sprint Race two, saw another bad start by Sami who, however, had a few flying first laps and with that scored the best overtakes/action points. Esa Mikkola climbed from 11th to 3rd and scored the highest climb points. Markus set the fastest lap, and scored 3 extra points. The second race was won by Sami Anttonen, second again was Ylöstalo and third was ofcourse Mikkola.

This event had prizemoney, and combining the 2 race results and weighting the qualification in that. This is the end result of the prizemoney:

1st: Arttu Ylöstalo 7€
2nd: Sami Anttonen 5€ (has been sent to player already)
3rd: Markku Pietilä 2€

However fight for P1 and fight for P3/4 was amazing, sadly Esa Mikkola timed out from the lead.

In the end Markku Pietilä took home victory with Joni Vähäkuopus right behind. Markus Saukkoriipi made a mistake in the first few corners after being passed at the start by Walter Lemmens . Who had a nice defending fight with Markus till lap 10 after Lemmens came out of the pits right ahead of Markus. Markus had warmer tyres and passed Lemmens few corners later.

All of the finished drivers climbed 1 position, so all 4 finishers get 2 points for Highest climb. And Walter Lemmens gets 2 points for best actions/overtakes.


FYI: Best actions/overtakes is judged by 2 stewards. And is weighted on driver skill compared to the actions/overtakes they make.
