Could we (#25) start from pits if we know for sure that our qualifying driver can't race?

I need to look at what I did to previous cars for this year. I think it does fall onto this category as long as the update window wasn't closed.

nope, there was 5 at Q. the 02 showed up late though

car #36 will start from pitlane due to nullified qualification time.

i am really sorry for this. But for me you were like half of a car away then you were invisible and came back right in my car due to lag :/
