Sorry that this is such a stupid question, and I think I know the answer...but I'm currently having support issues with my dedi and can't access it until tech support fix the issue, but I'm wishing to change the host name and obviously cannot get to the cfg file, I take it there is no in game command for this?

No. You have to restart server for name change too,so without access to cfg file and not being able to restart server,you're stuck with the old name...
