Not dial-up but mobile connection with 5GB monthly limit. I would have no problem to get a proper internet,except I can't have it here,in workers hostel,as finding an appartment in Munich is pretty tough for "auslander"...
PS. As far as I noticed,I'm not the only one,who dislikes 15 million GIFs downloading simulteanously.
