I payed for this service 23,49 Euro annually for 16 slots in S2 mode.

Perhaps I'm not a good client with only one opened server
but this happens:

I needed the support and for this reason I opened a first support ticket on the Game Hosting Control Panel.



First open ticket on 15 April 2013 and >>>>>>>>>> NO REPLY
I try again.
Second open ticket on 20 April 2013 and >>>>>>>> NO REPLY
Uhmmm really strange.Try again
Third open ticket on 6 May 2013 and >>>>>>>>>> NO REPLY
Now I'm sure .They don't reply

Now What kind of service is this?
What kind of Support Tickets is this?
I have advice for you:
forget Qserverhosting if you need good support. :thumbsdow

Maybe because there are also no tickets Franco. Might be the reason?

You also have found my email address before, so I don't see a reason why you should have a communication problem to begin with.

But I payed Qserverhosting not you Dave... and no only one advice about Support Tickets don't works by Control Panel.

Perhaps someone must works around it.

This is good new but can't change what happened

I think : now without Support Tickets pattern Control Panel is better.

Indeed Dave mail is the only one solution

I wasn't aware that this system is broken and I'm not going to investigate why at this moment

Anyway about Airio, EQ Worry wants nothing to do anymore with LFS at this stage so can't help you with a licensed version, the money you send to him you have to see that as hhmm long term investment, to say it nicely.

I now did install the free version for you. You can further configure it to your own liking.

Thank Dave, was really misunderstanding.
I could not understand you are owner and Support system don't works.

So if this is the situation I have no problem to buy another slots.
