Race Green Events presents a new league - Grand Turismo Allrounder Series (GTAS).
GTAS is a league, where only drivers, who can race fast with all 3 LFS's GTR cars, can be on top of series standings - only a
true GTR allrounder can win this. Series schedule consists of 7 rounds, each held on different LFS track environment,
tracks are selected to be shorter than 4km per lap (except Westhill, where is no shorter configuration) to avoid overused
combos in various endurance and other GTR leagues and give a true sprint racing feel. Each round consists of 3 sessions -
qualifying, race 1 and race 2,in each session each driver has to use a different GTR car. Qualifying will be 20 minutes long,
each race will be set a minumum lapcount to exceed 20 minutes race lenght. 3 of rounds will be held in custom configurations
with custom starting grid, race start in these rounds will be given via insim application Custom Launcher.
Series will run every 2nd tuesday evening (in alternate weeks between RTFRi events) starting at 18:00 UTC (20:00 CET / 21:00 EET)

Special notes on qualifying:
* In round 7 will be used hotlap qualifying, this means there will be no specific lenght of qualification, every driver will run alone and have outlap and 2 hotlaps. Qualifying oreder will be determined by points standings - the highest ranked driver will start his laps last, lowest - first. Race 1 will start approx. 10 minutes after qualifying.
* In rounds 2-6 Drivers Championship top 5 drivers will be allowed to start from back of the grid if missed qualifying and there are still available grid slots.
* In round 7 only best 16 qualifyers will be allowed to start, but Drivers Championship standings' top 5 will have a guaranteed start if taken part in qualifying, but missed out to be in top 16.
Championships:
GTAS Drivers Champion - awarded to a driver with the most points scored through all 7 rounds, including attendance bonus points
GTAS FX Master - awarded to a driver with the most points scored with FXO GTR through all 7 rounds

GTAS Nations Cup Winner - awarded to a nation with the most points scored through all 7 rounds (nation will score points from it's 2 highest finished drivers in each race, all qualifying points and fastest lap points)
In all championships - in case of a tie, higher rated will be driver/team/nation with highest finishing position,if equal - it's amount,if equal - second highest position etc. If all finishing positions happen to be equal, higher rated will be selected using same system from qualifying results. If they also happen to be equal then as a tie-breaker will be used last round finishing position. In case a tied driver had a disqualification in one or more rounds,it counts as a primary rating lowering factor, when deciding tiebreak.

Rules:
We will rely on common sence of competitors to behave and follow the basic Rules of Clean Racing. There will not be an admin in server who will specifically observe drivers behaviour during the race. If any incidents reported/protested,we will take individual approach to each of them to decide best resolution or punishment if needed. Note, that every retirement will be investigated.
Basic guidelines as a reminder:
Blue flag - you may not deny/block a passing manouvre of laping car and try a repass right after it. In qualification it means - stay off racing line and don't disturb drivers on hotlap.
Shortcuts - 2 wheels on track at all times,
Pit exit - allthough there will be no mandatory pitstop in this league, pit exit lines will have to be respected and a driver may not disturb other drivers racing in full pace. Everyone caught crossing pit exit lines with more than 2 wheels will receive 10 seconds penalty added to finish result
Chatting - it's not completely outruled, but still drivers are expected to concentrate on racing. In case of too much chatting while ignoring messages asking to cease chatting,a penalty may be given. In case of any abusive/offensive language a penalty will be given!
Lags - if there are any connection issues, driver will be asked to improve (close internet using programs). If driver will be considered as dangerous due to unstable connection,he will not be allowed to participate.
Hacks/cheats - if used, you will not race with us. Ever. As simple as that.
Car usage rules:
Round rule: Each driver has to use a different GTR car in each session of each round (for example: XRR in qualifying,FXR in race one and FZR in race 2). Car must be selected prior to LFS starting green lights.
Series rule: Each driver may not use a single car in same session through the season in more than 4 rounds (for example - car X may be used in qualifying in 4 rounds,in other 3 - other cars must be used) and has to use each car in each session through the season - if driver has missed a round, this rule can be avoided.
Using an illegal car means that driver will be automatically disqualified from session results and a warning will be given for 1st offence,1 point penalty for 2nd offence,2 point penalty for 3rd offence and so on. These point penalties will be deducted also from team points.
You can access data about car usage through out season in GTAS spreadsheet (link below) - check sheet "Car usage log"
Custom start rules:
In 3 rounds a custom starting grid will be used due to fact that the original one is outside of official track path (Kyoto and Fern Bay rounds) or is in wrong direction (autocross track).
After the original LFS green lights signal, everyone forms a single file in same order as they were on grid and drives carfully and contact free towards the custom grid, leaving at least 5 cars distance between each other. It is strongly suggested to keep between 80 - 120 km/h (50 - 75 mph). Tyre warming is not forbidden, but it must be done safely. In case a driver looses position due to spin,he may not re-overtake other cars and must keep position in which he rejoins.
When everyone has taken their spots, admin gives a command "READY" and the starting application is launched - it will flash up 4 red lights (by one at a time) and then give green lights to start the race.
In case a driver makes a jumpstart, there will be a notification in chat - a driver must let by cars to be in a lower position than his starting position when reaching 1st split, otherwise a penalty will be given.
In case there is suspicion that someone has jumpstarted and it wasn't notified (unfortunately application isn't perfect),replay will be checked and the driver who gained track position on false start will receive same penalty as for jumpstart. In case a driver recognizes his unnotified false start,he must act like a notification was given to avoid penalty.
So just to be sure not to score any jumpstart penalty,it's advised to be fair and not try to guess start, but wait for green lights!
Possible penalties:
WARNING - any minor infraction that needs to be noted without penalty. Warned driver might receive bigger penalty for other infractions.
10s added to finish time - minor infractions like pit exit line violation, jumpstart with minor gain, too much chatting.
30s added to finish time (1 lap penalty in last round) - medium infractions like causing avoidable incident[s] without serious consequences, jumpstart with multiple position gain
60s added to finish time (1 lap penalty in rounds 4-6 or 2 laps penalty in last round) - medium infractions like causing avoidable incident[s] with consequences to other drivers (like damage, multiple position loss),jumpstart with big gain
Disqualification for 1 or more rounds - heavy infractions, multiple incidents, unsportsmanlike behaviour. After serving disqualification, driver will automatically carry a "warning" for the rest of season.
Series exclusion (including ban for any other events run under Race Green Events control) - serious infractions like intentional/revenge wrecking, event sabotage and any other malicious act.
