2013 Kyoto 500 - Signups
Racers:
To enter the 2013 Kyoto 500, you must go to http://newdimensionracing.com/testbin/register.php and enter there. You will first create an account at the site (if you had one last year, it is no longer valid. If you've used one for this year's Kyoto 250 and beyond, you already have one.). Activate your account via the link emailed to you, then login, and go to http://newdimensionracing.com/testbin/kyoto500/entry to actually enter the event.
The system will not let you take a number that is already taken; it will not let you register if you use an LFSWorld ID that it cannot find on LFSworld.
IF YOU ARE AN LFSCART ENTRANT - the system will automatically pull your information from the LFSCART entry database. You will NOT be able to change your number, but you can change your team name, although that won't count towards the LFSCART team points. IF YOU ALSO WANT TO SIGN UP FOR LFSCART ROUND 4 @ KYOTO GP LONG OPEN CONFIG - ENTER LFSCART FIRST, THEN THE KYOTO 500! No LFSCART entry processes will be allowed starting 2h before LFSCART Round 4 until 2h after the Kyoto 500. Following the Kyoto 500, an entry conversion method will be done for those who wish to join LFSCART following the Kyoto 500.
The system, when you register, will do the following things:
- Check your number of completed online laps
- If you have a hotlap uploaded to LFSWorld at its last check for hotlaps, it will get that time.
- Get your Online Distance Travelled
Signups are open NOW, and will close at 17:05 UTC on Friday, 21 June 2013.
Entry Requirements for Drivers
All requirements must be met by 23:59 UTC on Saturday, 22 June 2013.
To be an accepted entrant into the 2013 Kyoto 500, you must meet the following entry requirements:
- A hotlap uploaded to http://www.lfsworld.net using the FO8 on KY1 within 103% of the World Record;
- A total online driven distance equal to or greater than 12,340 miles / 20,000 kilometers;
- A total online laps of KY1 with the FO8 equal to or greater than 300 laps.
- Attendance at two or more Official Practice Session
The system checks the hotlap chart and the world record benchmark comparison FIRST, then gets the new world record table. This is done to facilitate the policy that we consider the requirement still complete if your hotlap was within the benchmark when you entered or it was checked, but the WR changed after. However, the system will flag your hotlap as meeting this criteria.
I do not know your password, so I cannot get it to you if you forget it. If you need to reset it for any reason, there is a "Forgot Password?" link on the signin page.
This is the way NDR is finally beginning to do event entry - this is part of the plan to reduce our overhead, and it is so far working well to provide a smoother, more accurate experience in regards to event entry and management. More features will be implemented over the summertime months.
