car design
The last reply to this thread was on 18th of July. In this reply, I'll be very glad to show off some designs that I've been working on for Dynamix Racing!
In the very beginning when I joined Dynamix Racing, I was very curious about the car design. //We// expected one well known guy to do some design stuff for us, but in the end he didn't really let us know about the updates and in the end, it was clear enough that he just wouldn't finish a single thing for dynX. Surely, he was kind enough to show some previews, but they never were finished.. This led me to a question - who's gonna be responsible for the design?
I consider myself as a fairly lazy person and I don't really like to do things over and over again [@transforming car design from one car to another and such]. Though, I don't mind to do some skinning in my leisure time, even if it takes some patience, time and effort! I don't consider myself as a really, really good skinner, but I'm trying my best to make my mates happy in the team!
What we, as a team were expecting to see in a skin? Straight forward to the point - simplicity. I seem to fail at it, but I'm trying my best to create something simple.
I'll post some links below with some Work In Progress skin presentations, which in our opinions are considered to be on held - we haven't decided on if we would like to see them as our main design or not.

These are the main design versions that I did pretty much for fun, I guess. I've always wanted to do some mind blowing designs, but I don't really seem to have the experience and the skill to do so. It would take me some time, effort and patience to create something unique, original, mindblowing.. I hope to improve my skills in photoshop in the near future, in order to make something fairly nice, simple, mindblowing - you name it!
So..in the end, which is the main design then? The main design will be actually replicated from my ex team design - ApeX racing. Since I'm the creator of those skins, I decided to dedicate them to Dynamix Racing. In the near future I'll replicate all the skins on all cars and I'm hoping that my teammates will enjoy them.
