So i have a liitle question, i always think why is that > ? < above usernames or (acc's) in server. What for is that > ?

That ? *

Refers to the host connection , to the top name which appears always in your server , named by default "host".

That ''?'' is just that

*thumbs up* what he said, hosts line.

My best guess is that if the username is BLANK it shows "?" as a debug/error. Handy because if you have someone that has somehow connected without a username you can tell from the console window!
