Ok, everytime I start lfs after about 10 seconds into gameplay sometimes longer the game comes up aith a error & force closes. Sometimes it says shadow error 1 and sometimes something else about graphics. Ive tried all different compatibility modes etc. But the same thing keeps happening. Graphics driver is updated.
Im stuck on this older computer running windows xp for a month so im assuming this is why. I cant ever figure out whats wrong when it comes to lfs

Yes, I have 2 versions of the game on my pc. One thing I found out is if I go to car park, then change tracks after a couple seconds, it will go about 5 more minutes before doing the same thing. No idea why it would do that but it works 80% of the time.

It could also be bad hardware. Corrupt RAM or damaged Video card as well. If you say that switching to Carpark "fixes" it for a while, that could simply be a placebo, and what's actually happening is the few minutes of end race, change track, load game could give some hardware enough time to cool down.

It has 3 case fans so I doubt its getting too hot. The carpark fix only worked 5 or 6 times. I might just have to build a Frankenstein computer out of old parts to see if that works.
