What is Cnr? = Cops and Robbers!!!! 2 - 5 people start as cops and must catch and hit each robber 3 times. (1/4 racers start as cops depending total ammount.. ie 20 people = 5 cops 15 robbers)

The Rules:

3 Hits will mean that you suddenly feel the good side of the force so you become a cop. each time you gget hit please say how many on the game..

ie if it is your first hit simply type "1" second "2" third "3" no speech marks needed..

Robber speeding in pitlane = 1 Hit per speeding infraction.

Cop Speeding in Pitlane = Until he repits (Shift +S) any hits he makes do not count. This includes if he blocks a robber in any way and another cp gets the robber as a result.

All players MUST have the mini map and names OFF!!! This can be done either via Shift + F or go to Options / Display. Displaysmall map NO!! and press N untill names are OFF. please do this otherwise it is no longer a fun game.

After being hit a robber has 10 seconds to get away or to Shift - S to the pits before he can be hit again.. A robber CAN be hit in the pit area so be careful. The only time a hit does not count in the pit area is if the 10 seconds have not yet passed.

If you have not just been hit by a cop but a cop is close to you then you ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PIT!!!

Using a BUG ie hiding in a WALL or between walls or under the track is NOT allowed. Doing this counts as a hit.. Please keep this a fun game.

You can go any way on the track and can park anywhere (unless a bug is exploited)


Cops must use a plain WHITE car or Cop skin.

Robbers must use a plain BLACK car or Swag skin. do not forget to change when you become a cop.

To make this more enjoyable for everyone. download these horns and put them in ur data/snd folder. they will replace the normal horns so u may want to back them up. Only people who also have these horns will hear them.

We know that some of these rules are slightly different to some of the normal CnR games you may find in LFS but we believe it is the best way.. Feel free to comment on additions or changes.

I think I kinda broke my wheel while playing this game. In South City I was looking right and left to see if there was anybody in the hiding places. Just as I looked forward a car(another police car I might add ) hit me at 100 mph. I was spooked and kinda jumped up but ofcourse I was still holding the wheel. Now it´s all loose and shaky, luckily no pieces fell off and it´s more or less functional. I´ll see if I can fix it but if I can´t then franky owes me a new wheel.

The event itself was good fun.

EDIT: I beated it with a hammer and that seemed to do the trick. :smash3d: You´re off the hook franky.

I'll be off on holiday tomorrow, so for 2 and a bit weeks I won't be here, but if it becomes weekly I will turn up often for more CnR.

Ever thought of RB4 robbers and FXO cops? That would make it intersting, the RB4s would have the advantage of the 4WD. Also, the police astras are more like FXOs.

The destruction derby after the CnR was hilarious, especially you ATC guys on teamspeak giggling like little girls and chanting "Get Cropsy! GET CROPSY!!!"

I think it was the SO Sprint track 1 main straight. Anyway it was the second track we were on, after AS National and before FE Green. If it was you then...:slap:

Anyway I´m up for it again tonight. Maybe start an hour earlier today. Otherwise it´s almost midnight in Estonia and I can´t stay long. I might fall asleep behind the wheel and cause a crash. And none of us want that to happen.

I agree, although I'm in England, a bit earlier might mean I could make some of it. Also, 9pm starts wouldn't affect us watching Top Gear, and the series has finished so there isn't a problem there.

I played for a while too, was great fun.

I still wanna know who it was that found me under the bridge (SO sprint 1 in the left before the hairpin) I was hiding in their and and he just showed up (Rather suspicious how he found me so easily) But I was practicly cornered and after some shuffling I got past him without touching him lol, my ahceivement of the night.

I'm up for it tonight, had some great fun last night. Best part was Franky rolling in the AS Cadet pits and tagging someone who was hiding there.

Surely names over cars would sort that, It adds another dimention, you know how many hits the guy you're chasing has taken. Provided everyone is playing by the same rules, it's fair really.

The thing is that I recognised Bawbag because of your reg plate

But when a car is hiding behind a wall, you see the driver's name over the wall. So thats a bad idea. And why does it matter, how many hits the one has? I want to hit him anyway, if Im a cop; doesnt matter, if he has 0, 1 or 2 hits.
