That video is actually a teaser for oncoming Live For Speed when it hits 1.0. We are able to drive with bicycles and able to run as driver. Also, a new track which is shown in the video, will be laser scanned to LFS. Track will be available to S3-Licensed users.

Not that I can run like that but it's something to aim for. I've learned not to land on my heels after an overuse injury last year.
Go and use your body a bit. Start with very short distances. Computer games and simulators are fun but have some serious limitations...
