Cars 17 and 911
Between Start/Finish and Turn 3, defensive driving - investigate legality of Car 911's defensive moves

Car 911's defensive maneuver is LEGAL - between Turns 1 and 2, he makes a steady line change before Car 17 has overlap. No action to be taken.

Leader Lap 51, 50:14
Cars 17, 21, and 911
Repetitive contacts between the three cars through Turn 3 - determine fault, if any.

Car 911 must brake entering Turn 3 to make the corner with his tyre state. The contact with Car 17 at this point is negligible and a racing incident. Car 911 slides up the course, then comes down onto Car 21. After Turn 3, Car 911 turns left and initiates contact with Car 17. This deliberate contact results in the loss of session credit for Car 911.

Car 9 does attend to an early pit stall, and does brake check Car 420. Car 9 is refused session credit for the brake checking maneuver

During the incident pitstops session, it was observed that at least Cars 15 and 420 accelerated while entering the pitlane. It is ridiculous and a violation of a recurring point of emphasis in the immediate pre-race briefing that this occurred and results in a reprimand to all drivers. You should under no circumstance accelerate while entering the pitlane under SC, you should maintain SC speed and then slow to pitlane speed, and stay generally single file, only fanning out to allow room to avoid the varying rates of slowing. Once into pitlane, a single-file formation should be resumed. This incident was avoidable if the requested pitlane etiquette had been followed.

Car 25's penalty in the race for improper pitting stands after review. Although it isn't specifically in the rules, it has been mentioned enough that it should be a point of fact. It has been in past versions of the Clean Racer's Club Rules, in which a large part the NDR Sporting Code is based on.

Car 15 comes down at about the same rate Car 31 begins to lift off the apex. Racing incident, no action taken.

It seems to be a fairly standard occurence of J. Telkkala "closing the door" on cars on the inside.

This driver must prove his ability to pay attention to his surrounds during the final sessions or will not be granted entry into the Kyoto 250 for 2014.
Session of Incident: Practice 11 Race
Lap and timecode of incident from YOUR car: Lap 3, 4:30
Other Cars Involved: 63
Brief Description of incident: 63 is too optimistic in going for a gap that barely exists, causing an accident.

After review; this penalty is rescinded. Car 9 will be awarded session credit.

Car 420 sets up the situation by the speed increase and overtaking on the way into the pitlane. Under absolutely no circumstance should there be anything other than single file entering the pitlane under caution. The minimum penalty for achieving any measure of overlap before the pit stalls area begins shall be a drive-through penalty.

A rules clarification will be written and implemented within the next 24 hours.
