hi,
i ordered my steering wheel 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived -.-
it takes about a week to arrive it says on the site.
has any1 else had this problem?
the shop where we ordered it is a friend of my dad, and i'm getting the shop owner his wheel.
i'm not happy with the services of logitech
If you ordered it from a shop run by your dad's friend what this has to do with Logitech?
cuz the shop keeper ordered it at logitech?
he like ordered it for us, the fact that he has a shop doesnt really matter

It is the shop's responsibility to chase up their order (if they even did order it when they say they did). It takes Logitech less than two weeks to ship me wheels from Germany (to Australia), so I imagine the shop should be able to do better than I.
he did order it, but it still hasent arrived

but i'm getting the shop keeper his wheel because i have to wait so long
its the formula vibration feedback, the 1 from 80€
That sounds really bad wheel. I guess it just vibrates like a... a PS2 pad. And would be paying wayy too much, had this prise search of finnish stores and highest price is under 50 euros. And we usually have the worst prises...

? never heard of that wheel, which isnt a good thing!
Yeah, I looked the logitech site. Buy one of those you are using now, the Ex thingy.
Ok whatever, but if you pay 80€ for that you are wasting your money illepall
ehm kiss me
u do know that u can get a DFP for those 80€ ,right?

The Formula vibration should only cost 30€ orso, and its a horrible wheel that u really dont want =)

I would order it from germany since your dad's friend clearly doesnt have the best prices. (i would even call that ripoff prices ,but thats me)
Sure u will have to pay some shipping ,but u will still be alot cheaper off ordering it in germany.

Cancel the order ,and if he ever recieves it he can put it in the shopwindow and try to rip someone else off :d
we pay the prices at logitech :s
we'll see,
I don't think any shop buys their products ever straight from the manufacturer, they allways come via importer or what is the right word.

I'm sorry but Logitech only makes mouses, wheels, joypads and other perriphials, they don't really know anything about service.
i c, but i aint gonna pay the full price tho, waiting that long -.-ill keep it in mind, today we r going to the shop to get the shop keeper his wheel to borrow and i'm going to ask to cancel my order and order it somwhere else
Why dont you buy it in a shop where they already have it? I picked my wheel up in the middle of nowhere,as no shop could deliver it soon.
hehe, we were gonna...
first we were gonna go to that shop and then to the "carrefour" maybe u know that...but my dad ordered it at the shop before looking sumwhere else
