Hello there!

I have decided to make a new community running alot of server with alot of different games! =)

We are in a full start making website, minecraft- counterstrike:source - counterstrike 1.6 and dayz. what games do peope want more?

Well we need a programmer/programmers to join our community (only lfs programmers) what we want is a cruise insim.

we dont want to pay for it(as we need a programmer who can make it better and better) and if we starting to get donated the programmer will get 5% of the money from every donate.

First we want a simple cruise insim:

-kms
- street names
- buy cars new, and can sell to other players.
- "admin menu" (a menu for admins that got all info about players)
- bank
- Cadet system simple one in the beginning
- speed limits
- and jobs (dousnt matter if jobs dousnt comes first"


Any one that would like to join in our community? you will get paid when the server is getting good!

You're giving 5% to the programmer, while his job is the most important and time consuming? That seems unfair. Also, I doubt the amount of donates are enough to satisfy anyone, unless you're happy with a few cents at most.

What makes you think that anyone is gonna donate to have yet another cruise server?

Its gonna be a big gaming community, it have to get donates...

So the first 15 donates he will get 90%, and the next time 40%, and after that he has to pay 10% himself?

I doubt people are eager to donate at all to be honest. You shouldn't rely purely on donations...

You see, this is not a hiring office but a but an Internet forum. People go here not to look for a job, but to discuss stuff related to a video game they like. Your chances of finding a programmer who'd join you because he might get paid are therefore rather slim.
You can get people for your project by making your project somehow interesting and innovative. I'm sorry, but yours isn't. The functionality you want could be easily written over a weekend, but I doubt that many people would like to work on something that has been done gazillion times before...
