hi

i have this werid spikes nonstop between 80 to 220+ ms
i used to have 70 to 110 solid but now i cant play because i dont want to cause crashes.
only servers iam playing is cargame.nl and fox junkies , havent tried on other servers .
torrent is off so as the browser and anything else
what could be the problem ?

i could record in fraps and show you if that will help to understand better

First maybe check what is using your connection. Maybe some application tries to update itself or something,worth to take look.

i'll check that , i have adobe reader and nvidia driver to get updated

recording it with fraps would most likely just make your fps drop more,try a test at pingtest.net ( need java installed ), it will test jitter on your connection amongs other things
