Hello guys every time i join multiplayer i cant see anyone playing it is only me but i see in maple like 5 players not moving (hiddin)

Try this :

CTRL+T : Request TCP for position updates

This may cure the problem if the TCP position packets from the other cars are not arriving at your computer when sent from the host.

The reason is something to do with your router or your ISP or your type of internet connection. But if CTRL+T solves it then that is OK.
