Because DXTweak doesn't work and in-game deadzone doesn't affect enough.

DXTweak works for me (using Logitech G27)

But not for everyone. Like myself. With Windows 7 or newer.

I doubt that DXTweak doesn't work, but if that's the case I'm sure it is not due to Windows 7. Many of us used it on Win7.
