I bought S2 licence yesterday and in game I was trying to unlock the game, it said that it cannot find user with that name, so I decided to wait one more day but still it says same thing, I am on new DK2 patch.

Are you sure you spelled your username right : "tomt610"

Tried unlock with your username, for me it finds username, only problem is the password

Do you have same patch? I click unlock but it says "Your user name was not found"

There is a valid account for tomt610 found on LFS World. I agree with Daniel, in that it appears you've mistyped your username. Maybe you should copy/paste it into the username field?
