Haven't tried the Brands Hatch, gonna give it a go..

Fantasy tracks, meh.. i don't know, i've had my fair share of fantasy in my time Sticking with real tracks from now on, real racing tracks that is, wouldn't mind some awesome fantasy touge or rally track.

I posted mainly the tracks that pop up on AC forums, not race department and other sites, have no idea why they don't post it on official forums.

Brands is actually good, like you said give it a bash....

I agree, now we have the "choice" I do prefer real tracks......the majority of them I know where I am going...which helps, but Blackwood is an acceptation to that rule LOL

Yeah I have noticed more and more are appearing on RD site, because of copyright issue's, I am only guessing, or AC Team doesn't like them posted, not sure, so I do take a look at the RD site from time to time.

Conversion done but Tiago...Haven't tried it yet, as on wrong PC but just seem it.

It's as good as the Rfactor version it's based off. Ai works etc. I haven't seen Tiago release a bad conversion yet.

A first release (V0.2) is out for the Transfagarasan highway

pretty driveable, the iconic parts known from Top Gear are at the end of it. Performance needs work, but ok so far.

i just came back from my holiday from transfagarasan ! ill test it and compare

both crofts are pretty shit..

its a shame nobody wants to scan it as i know the manager and he says its open to be scanned for free, he wants nothing out of it.

I heard, there is a "cost" for scanning a track....or is this what the Track Owner charges, or is it what is costs for use of equipment...I.e Scanning?

The owner might be up for a freebie, but if it, and I heard, 10K per circuit, Kudos is not going to pay that for a UK circuit...no matter how good it is and historic

I have already spoke to kunos about including a laser scanned croft, £30,000 is what it would cost.

And just so you know.. They paid a lot for silverstone to be in the game.

As nobody has commented on my post, I have tried that Escort Mk2...and it is actually a lot of fun...yeah a few tweaks here and there is needed, but it such a nice change from all these over powered monsters that seems to be what everybody wants.

It is wasn't for the modders out there, all we would have is over powered, RWD ( apart from the Fart) and tracks (apart from Silverstone ) that are based on high end cars.

Silverstone is probably the most GT3 (and above) racing-focused of all the tracks in Assetto Corsa. It's so flat and open with ridiculous run-offs that it fails to excite me in pretty much any car to be honest. Totally uninspiring in its current guise imo - if it wasn't "real" people would say it sucks.
Also, have you not seen the car list in Assetto Corsa? If you wish to call cars like the e30m3, the 1M, the 2/11, the Elise or x-bow "Hypercar/supercar" or "over-powered" then do so, but they really aren't.

I agree Sinbad and R3dman, just was giving examples....I know the M30, Lotus etc etc are not super /hyper cars, but they are not your ordinary FWD fun cars either....

Where are the "apart from the Seat" that is modded, where are the fun FWD cars as well...not everybody likes fast RWD hyper/super fast cars for racing or single seaters...there is not a level balance in what Kudos is providing...that is what I was getting at....its been left up to the talented people that can mod, but people sham them because it is not up to Kudos's level and it wont be, as they are not paid for it.

We need a more level playing field, that is what I was getting at
