Is there a list of the API capabilities in each of the different products? Specifically, does OutGuage work in the demo?

things like insim, outsim and afaik outgauge all work both in demo and licensed modes.

Well demo is limited to 12, licensed to 20 + 3

And apart from skins I think the demo is fully featured.
