I know this problem a year ago. I thought someone had report this, but actually not.
If you hit the limiter button over 80 km/h and you press clutch ultil the car switch off.
Try your self, to switch off the car you must be always up to +80 kmh

I don't think it can be described as bug. It's just the way system works - if limiter is turned on,system reduces engine revs until the speed is under 80,if there is no connection between wheels and engine (clutch pressed),system will reduce revs until bitter end. Sounds like normal behaviour to me.
