When running multiple InSim apps that use buttons, sometimes it happens that some buttons have identical IDs for both apps and one of them just doesn't appear, which can be annoying when displaying lots of buttons.

So my suggestion is to create a separate button ID space for each application connected, so they would be independent on each other just like a local InSim buttons are independent on server-side buttons now.
