u can do it by ur own

go to lfsworld.net and login.
now u can see something like a desktop with icons.
click on "my online car skins" and upload ur skin.

btw: nobody can use ur local filelocation like "C:/LFS/data/skins/XRG_BLANK2048_EDGAR.jpg"

Demo racers can't upload skins, but they can buy extra slots (50 slots for 1 GBP?), as far as I know.

No,you have to upload your sins yourself,visit nearest church for that!
(just could not resist )

Let's hope the church has a high upload speed.
