this looks interessting but I can not understand the language. I see it is rallye with jokerlap but much else.. Can you post the basic rules+info english please? Can I take part?

It is a Rallycross Championship with the specifications imposed by the FIA for this type of racing.
It is the mechanics of dates where each develops as follows:

-Cars: same for all drivers (used a different one on each date)
-22 Pm (chile) start of qualifying: 10 minutes (P shift allowed)
-22.15 Pm start of the qualifying race (P shift allowed only on lap 1)
OF THIS, ONLY FIRST 12 PLACES TO HAPPEN NEXT RACE, STAY CONNECTED OTHERS CAN ONLY AS A SPECTATOR.
-22.30 Arming THE GRID OF FIRST SEMI-FINAL AS FOLLOWS:
Just run 6:
Winner of the qualifying race, then the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th
OTHERS ARE IN SPECTATOR
-22.45 Arming THE GRID OF THE SECOND SEMI-FINAL AS FOLLOWS:
Just run 6:
The second qualifying race, then the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th
OTHERS ARE IN SPECTATOR
-23.00
Arming THE GRID OF FINAL RACE
Just run six
Winners, second and third of the 2 semifinals
OTHERS ARE IN SPECTATOR

* ALL RACES HAVE A DURATION OF 10 MINUTES
* MANDATORY NO PITS
* NO TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
* TODO VALE (WITHIN THE SPORT AND NO SMEAR chivalry)

LAP JOKE
EACH DRIVER MUST TAKE *** ONLY ONCE AROUND JOKE THAT IN SOME CASES IS SLOWER THAN NORMAL LAYOUT AND IN SOME FASTER, SO HE INSISTS THAT IT IS ONLY 1 TIME. SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN IN ROUND 1 OF CAREER.

Why aren't you using custom autocross circuits? You could have real layouts. No dirtt, though.

To make it funnier and more entertaining. Battling a whole lap with dirt tyres can be hard.
