I think no one did it yet.But here are 2048x2048 skins kit.You can make your own skin on these skins kit or resize it to 4K and then make skin.

There are in fact a lot of skins in 4096x4096 (if that's what you're referring to with 4k).

UHD is 4xFHD so 3840x2160, in market actually they call it 4k.

Skins are reffered to as car textures here, and they are usually in square formats so you won't find 3840x2160 skins here.

nono, only cockpits with wheel im interested in.

i drive with this look in sims, it would be great to have nice wheel even with those cockpits
