Hello, i had been playing seven days ago, but i had been experiencing a very grueling lag in this game when it came to racing online, in fact, i barely manage to race well.
I'm demo, so i stick to AMG and AA, but i treid everything (Incluiding using different DNS, resseting router, firmware, etc.), still to no avail tough.
Here's my results from the speedtest.net, i'm from Guatemala:

The speedtest only shows results of one server. In your screenshot it shows selected server was near you, in Guatemela City, so of course it gets good ping. AA and AMG are european servers (I think) so for you that is on other side of the world. For example for me speedtest ping to a near german server is 25ms. But if I select your server in speedtest then result is 191ms because of the distance.
Not sure what servers there are in your area, there is at least one rallyecross event but it is S2: https://www.lfs.net/forum/416-LFS-Chile
Sadly speed has -nothing- to do with line quality, lot of people don't understand this but doing a speedtest is useless. Especially not with a server which is that close to you (it says <50 miles). The servers of AMG and AA are 10.000 kilometer / 6250 miles away, thats 200 times the distance what you now tested.
If you do this; http://www.pingtest.net/ and select the Frankfurt server by moving around the globe while you hold your left mouse button down until you get Europe into view, you do that test, then it says something.
What you showed here is not a complete waste though, you already have a ping of 77ms to a server which is very near to you. Thats poor. Probably already having more then 1ms jitter also.
Eehh yeah, not sure if you want to hear what you might already know but your internet "is not that great" to say it kindly. National quite poor, internationally hopeless.
Chile can be an idea but from Guatemala even Chile is 6000km/3750miles away. You might want to try out Mafia Racing Demo GTi which is an Argentinean server. Then you take the south Latin American route, might be better because the cross Atlantic sea cables from Europe to Latin America are until this very day a disaster.
Closest main hub / server area for you is the United States though, but there are no active LFS hosts there.
