Force Feedback not working properly
Hey guys,

Today I've pulled my logitech momo racing wheel from the box, reinstalled lfs and tried to drift a bit.

I noticed my ffb isn't working properly. The wheel doesn't turn properly counter side of the drift angle. It doesn't turn at all....all FFB does is to center it.

I've tried reinstalling driver , played with all the settings both in the profiler and inside LFS and I just can't get it to work.

I am pretty sure ffb works and it's just a software issue as it worked last time i've used it and it does the same thing as this video shows :

Any ideas ?
Try joining track and switch to keyboard controls, then reselect the wheel option again. Exit and restart LFS, and then recalibrate wheel in LFS making sure ffb option is selected.
That worked for me when I had a similar problem
Tried and didn't work.

I am out of solutions, I've tried everything... It's as if LFS doesn't have counter steer...
I see there is a way to import profiles into logitech software, maybe someone can export and share it with me aswell as lfs controlers settings.
in profiler software:
strenghts of overall effects: 101%
spring effect: 0%
dampening effect: 0%
disable the checkbox "centering spring force"
enable the check box "allow game to change ffb settings"
(loosely translated from german texts)

in LFS ffb strength to something non-zero.

When playing check that both lights on wheel are on.
left=power, right=ffb (it seems)
if right light is off, alt-tab to desktop and back into game.

That is how I do it with same wheel.
Tried, still goes the same...ffb works , but it doesn't counter steer. Thanks for trying to help tho.
do you have other ffb in other situations, like if you drive over curbs or against walls?
Quote from Gutholz :do you have other ffb in other situations, like if you drive over curbs or against walls?

Nope, no ffb there either.
Still no solution yet
