Basically a track layout with some jumps, all just slightly different.

Best done with 3 laps, in UF1 (using Hard Set).

Wasn't really sure how you made a 'joker' lap, so just added extra section (the outside turn before start/finish line - see image), which you have to drive first, then the next time round, you have to take the tighter inside turn.

I've placed a start position as it made it easier for me to test, but this can easily be deleted in edit (SHIFT U) mode.

this is what I came up with. basically there would be 3 laps in a race. for to laps of the race you would go round the track without taking the chicane but for 1 of the three laps you would have to.
