Which wheel?
Guy's don't have the time to troll through the forums atm, but I've saved a few bob now and am wondering which wheel is best to buy???
...LFS+gamepad=sucks
What you are too busy to search for 2 mins?, you could have found the answer to your question quicker than posting a new thread..........

But since you asked (in the wrong forum too I might add), probably the Driving Force Pro at the moment.

No, no glue is required to stick it to the desk, although it does come with desktop clamps so you can clamp it to the desk

Ohhhh.....you're an inquisitive little dickens are'nt you , seriously, these questions have been asked 10 fold, if you searched you would probably find them in a single post for you to view.

As for how much, you are in Eire or NI? (I assume Eire, because if its NI you are using the wrong flag , but lets not get all political ).

In the UK, you can source a DFP for a touch over £50.

Will force feedback improve your times?, nope, it will make you slower to start with, but in time you will get quicker, plus you will have a more realistic experiance.
