I recently bought new stuff for my pc, so i had to reinstall 3ds max, but brazil just won't work
is there anyone who could help me via something like Teamviewer?

Theres no such thing like brasil plugin Or im stupid I put 3ds max 2012 Brazil Plugin, 0 comes up, youtube same!
