So today me and my mate decided to try to host our own server. We decided I was going to be the host, so I port forwarded the ports and downloaded the dcon etc. When my mate and I tried to join the server, we both got the error "Host refused connection". If someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. If you guys could also tell me how my mate and I can use NTO on the server aswell that would awesome!! Cheers!!

It's not allowed to talk about mods on this forum but the server has to be in modified mode and passworded. Thats all I say about it. But first get a genuine server to work and after that try to make changes. Good luck.
