In Europe the battle might soon take an important turn. In my opinion this is one of the very important matters people should be informed about. Would you rather pay a premium price to your provider in order to be able to download the latest LFS patch faster than someone else who pays the regular price?

I'm sure you're just trolling, but in case you're not (Poe's Law being a thing), it's the second amendment to the US Constitution that declares the "right to bear arms" for a "well regulated militia". The first declares free speech rights for various parties. Why someone would object to an imagined infringement on the free speech rights of corporations responsible for transmission, when the alternative is actual infringement on the rights of the people and content generators, is beyond me.

I'm waiting for Racer X to tell me what my opinion should be.
